Breaking Ground
You have completed the hard parts. Now it's time for you to sit back and watch your new home develop from a dream to a reality. This is what we refer to as "The Beginning of the End." Most projects take 2-3 months to complete from breaking ground to moving in, and you can monitor your home's progress on our “Job Status” page.

Begin Construction
Now things get exciting because you’re finally going to see dirt moved and your home begin to take shape. The first thing we do is to get all the permits in order, and then we start to dig. Additional details and descriptions can be found within the “Job Status” page.

Job Status
This is a tool we use to communicate with you, the dealer and the bank on your specific project timeline and overall status. This can be viewed at any time on our website, but does require a user name and password which we will issue to you. This proprietary feature will be updated and emailed to you on a regular basis.

Draws
As your project progresses, we will require monies from the Lender to fund the project, which are called draws. Usually there are between three and five draws, and we will keep you informed of the draw process.

C.O.
"Certificate of Occupancy," or "C.O.," is an exciting step which means you can move into your new home. C.O. is granted by the local building inspection department and is only issued when the project meets all codes' requirements.

Final Closing
Your last step includes the closing of your end loan (i.e. your mortgage).
