     Project Manager conducts an interview with you over the phone
     Proposal is completed within one business day after this interview

"Site Survey" Proposal

     You must have your land and exact home picked out
     Project Manager will meet you on your site to discuss your needs
     Proposal is completed within one business day after the "Site Survey"
